The Role

Due to expansion, a tremendous new opportunity exists to join Toll Mining in Kewdale, operating AB Triples and Quad configured road trains to cart ammonium nitrate/emulsion to the Northwest of Western Australia.

We offer a 14.75 % super contribution as well as the opportunity to join an industry leader in fleet design and innovation.

Our MC specialized drivers will be responsible for the following:

Driving AB Triple and Quad Road Trains in a time-sensitive environment
Following all OH&S regulations, furthering safety culture whilst following all procedures
Liaising with customers of our client, with a friendly and professional attitude

Skills & Experience

Current MC license with a minimum of three years’ experience driving triple-road trains
A National Police Clearance – obtained in the last 6 months
Proof of Working Rights – Passport or Birth Certificate
WA Fatigue Management Certificate – Worksafe WA
Commercial Vehicle Drivers Medical – obtained in the last three years
Dangerous Goods Licence and Dangerous Goods Security Card
Previous fuel or Dangerous Goods experience
Responsible driving history and two contactable work references

2- Transport Supervisor

Toll Global Logistics – Grocery, is searching for a Transport Supervisor to effectively manage and organize the delivery of Coles loads throughout the Perth Metro area. This role will work semi-autonomously, at our shared Perth Airport site, and manage the AM shift fleet allocation Wednesday – Saturday.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will work Wednesday to Saturday and engage in fleet allocation, driver management, safety management, and reporting activities. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves a challenge.

As the Transport Supervisor, you will:

Determine and arrange daily/weekly labor and vehicle requirements according to volume and time needs to satisfy the customer.
Champion safety and ensure the work is performed in accordance with customer, site, and Toll safety values.
Liaise with the customer for load requirements, ensuring a buffer window is in place.
Promote a customer-first mindset, and maximize profitability by leading the team to meet standards and expectations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
3+ years in the transport industry as a fleet allocator/driver or transport supervisor.
Demonstrated knowledge of the local Perth Metro area.
Ability to work autonomously, and within a team.
Customer-first mindset, and a safety-focused attitude.
