There is no way to get your tracking id if you do not already have it. You cannot request it from MY TOLL; it will only display once you have created a new shipment through FedEx Ship Manager or if there is an existing shipment where all required fields are filled out except for Customs Broker Contact Information.
MyToll Tracking ID
The MyToll ID is an identification number given by MYTOLL that you use as part of your shipping process. The number is used in conjunction with a Shipper’s Agreement Number and USERID (which are used for each shipment). Each of these numbers can be viewed on your Site Manager page, under Logistics.
The MYTOLL TRACKING ID will be displayed next to Shipper Account Number. This information may also appear on your invoice from MYTOLL.
In order to import your tracking number into FedEx Ship Manager, you must have access to your account and have entered all necessary data into FedEx Ship Manager.

Importing MyToll Tracking Number
The process of importing the MYTOLL tracking number is not complicated and can be done with a few simple steps, but there are certain points that must be kept in mind.

How To Use MyToll App
Locate your MyToll Account, then click on Track or Manage under your desired shipment. You will be prompted to enter in your Shipper’s Name, Consignee’s Name, and Tracking Number.
(Note: tracking number has both a Barcode and Group) Once you have entered all of those details correctly, click on Search.
If successful, you will see a list of results appear below with either valid or invalid next to them. If there is an invalid result found in that group of search results, check off which one is incorrect by clicking on it and hitting submit again.
About MyToll Tracking Code (MTC)
The term MyToll Group of Shipment refers to all goods being shipped from and/or received by MyToll, an authorized Carrier under any of its various service marks or trade names.
It includes shipments that may be originated from other Carriers, in which case MyToll acts as a consolidator. It also includes shipments that are tendered directly to MyToll for consolidation with another party’s shipment(s).
In either case, each shipment is identified by a unique tracking code assigned by MyToll. This number is called Mytoll Tracking Code (MTC).
This code consists of 6 digits followed by 3 letters: MTC-1234-AB1C-DE2F etc. For example: MTC-1234 AB1C DE2F etc…The 6-digit number is referred to as MyToll Tracking Number (MTN) and it identifies one specific shipment within one specific carrier’s group of shipments. How To Track A Shipment With The MyToll Group Of Shipment: Log into your mytoll account and click on Group of Shipment at the bottom left corner. Now Click on Create New Group.
Select any name for your new group and click on Create. Now log into the Mytoll website and click on My Account in the top right corner.
